On the eve of the big 4-0. I'm sitting here wearing a skirt that I bought 10 years ago and that I have not been able to wear for 3 years, until today. And it fits perfectly. You may not think this is a big deal, but any girl will tell you that IT IS! IT IS!! It's all because of AOS. I just want to thank you for the encouragement and motivation that you guys give me and to all of your clients - you are truly gifted at what you do. The class is my favorite part of the day.
