- The Art of Strength Training Center is located inside Hendrick Health Club and offers a fun and effective circuit-style training program like no other. It’s fitness that has been around for more than 150 years, yet it seems so new that even our members have a hard time explaining what they do to their friends. We say kettlebells, ropes, rocks and logs and fitness at its most fun level and people still don’t know what we’re talking about. We’re on every major news station; the talk of several major league sports teams and even one of the most popular soap opera stars in the world changed her body and her career working out with our cool stuff.
